Beginning the Journey to Inner Peace
(Thursdays at 7:00 pm PT)
This is a 10-week introductory meditation and mindfulness course. We will explore what is meditation and mindfulness. You will be guided in establishing a regular meditation practice and incorporating mindfulness through out your day. Each week, new material will be presented and discussed, followed by a guided group meditation. Previous experience is not required. Learn for yourself the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
Weekly Meditation Group
(Tuesdays at 7:30 pm PT)
Based on a 10-week series, each week participants are introduced to new content related to developing mindfulness. A guided meditation is practiced at the end of each session. Group discussion is encourage to promote social learning.
