Meditation Classes


Over the past 35 years, I have practiced daily meditation. I have studied various philosophical approaches to meditation including Vedic, Buddhist and Zen Buddhism.

I spent 5 years living in a spiritual community at the Synchronicity Foundation in Virginia, USA. While there I studied under the guidance and direction of an ordained Vedic monk, who was a disciple of Paramahansa Muktananda. More recently, I have been a student of the Sakta-Saiva Tantra tradition. My studies over the years have included such teachers as Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh, Amaro Bhikkhu and Blue Throat Yoga.

Meditation Classes and Pricing

Beginning the Journey to Inner Peace ($225 + GST)

(Virtual Thursdays at 7:00 pm PT)

This is a 10-week introductory meditation and mindfulness course. We will explore what is meditation and mindfulness. You will be guided in establishing a regular meditation practice and incorporating mindfulness throughout your day.

Each week, new material will be presented and discussed, followed by a guided group meditation. Previous experience is not required. Learn for yourself the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.

Weekly Meditation Class ($105 + GST)

(Virtual Tuesdays at 7:00 pm PT)

Based on a 10-week series, each week participants are introduced to new content related to developing mindfulness. A guided meditation is practiced at the end of each session. Group discussion is encourage to promote social learning.
