My yoga training has been primarily based in the Anusara style, a modern school of Hatha Yoga founded on the Universal Principles of Alignment and biomechanics.

Based on certification as a 500RYT and with over 35 years of meditative experience, my classes are rooted in mindful awareness of body, mind, and spirit.
